  • Technical issues preventing access to services that cannot be resolved within 48 hours
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges

  • Cancellation within the designated cooling-off period

3. Refund Period

We offer different refund periods based on the type of service:

  • SAP Access Subscriptions: 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase
  • Online Courses: 14-day refund window if you have not completed more than 20% of the course
  • Enterprise Solutions: 30-day evaluation period subject to terms in enterprise contract
  • Custom Implementations: Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis

4. How to Request a Refund

  4. Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days

  • Partial refunds may be available for annual subscriptions based on unused months
  • Currency conversion differences may apply for international transactions

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom development or consulting services already completed
  • Third-party products or services purchased through our platform
  • Setup fees or one-time configuration charges
  • Promotional or discounted items unless otherwise stated

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be provided for partial months unless otherwise required by law.
